An automotive technology organisation is looking for a seasoned Senior Manager – Total Rewards to join its Human Resources team in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. The role is responsible for designing, implementing, and administering the company's total rewards strategy, ensuring it remains competitive and aligned with business objectives.
The successful candidate will oversee key areas including compensation structures, benefits programmes, and rewards policies, working closely with HR leadership and senior stakeholders to attract, retain, and motivate talent across the organisation.
- Develop and manage compensation and benefits frameworks
- Conduct market benchmarking and pay equity analyses
- Partner with HR Business Partners and Finance on rewards planning
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits
