An established automotive technology organisation is looking for a seasoned Senior Manager – Total Rewards to join its human resources leadership team in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the company's total rewards framework across the organisation.
In this role, the incumbent will oversee all aspects of compensation and benefits programmes, ensuring they remain competitive, equitable, and aligned with business objectives. The position requires a strategic thinker who can translate data-driven insights into actionable rewards policies that attract, retain, and motivate talent.
- Lead the development and execution of total rewards strategy, including base pay, variable pay, and benefits
- Partner with HR business partners and senior leadership to ensure rewards programmes support organisational goals
- Conduct market benchmarking and pay equity analyses to maintain competitive positioning
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour regulations and internal governance standards
