A Senior HRIS Analyst is sought to support Talent, Performance, and Development functions, working with HR information systems to enable data-driven people processes.

About the role

The employer is looking for an experienced Senior HRIS Analyst specialising in Talent, Performance, and Development to join their HR technology team. The role sits at the intersection of human resources and information systems, focusing on the tools and data that support employee growth and organisational effectiveness.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, configuring, and optimising HRIS modules related to talent management, performance cycles, and learning and development. This includes ensuring data integrity, supporting system upgrades, and partnering with HR stakeholders to translate business requirements into system solutions.

Key areas of focus include:

  • Talent Management: Supporting succession planning and talent pipeline processes within the HRIS platform
  • Performance Management: Administering and maintaining performance review cycles, goal-setting frameworks, and related workflows
  • Learning & Development: Managing development programme tracking and reporting within the system
  • Analytics & Reporting: Producing accurate HR data reports and dashboards to inform people strategy decisions

Candidates should bring solid prior experience in HRIS administration or analysis, a strong understanding of HR processes, and the ability to collaborate effectively across HR and technology teams.
