This is a senior individual-contributor position — internally designated Analyst 4, Data Analytics — suited to professionals with a strong foundation in human resources data and a proven track record of translating complex datasets into actionable insights.
The successful candidate will bring at least 8 years of relevant experience in data analytics, with demonstrable expertise in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets. A solid command of data visualization principles is essential, and candidates must be proficient in either Tableau or Power BI to build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports for HR stakeholders.
Core responsibilities center on applying analytical techniques to HR data — covering areas such as workforce planning, talent metrics, and people analytics — and presenting findings in a clear, visual format that supports data-driven decision-making across the organization.
