Senior Global Compensation Analyst

The employer is seeking an experienced Senior Global Compensation Analyst to join its team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This role sits within the global human resources function and focuses on the design, analysis, and administration of compensation frameworks that span multiple geographies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting market benchmarking, analysing compensation data, and providing actionable insights to support pay decisions across the organisation. The role requires close collaboration with HR business partners, finance teams, and senior leadership to ensure compensation strategies remain competitive and equitable.

Key responsibilities are expected to include:

• Analysing internal and external compensation data to identify trends and gaps
• Supporting the annual compensation review cycle and salary planning processes
• Maintaining and updating compensation structures, salary bands, and job grading frameworks
• Preparing reports and presentations for HR and business stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with relevant compensation regulations across regions
