The organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Global Compensation Analyst to join its total rewards function. This role is responsible for supporting the design, analysis, and administration of compensation programmes that span multiple geographies and business units.
The successful candidate will be expected to conduct job evaluations, market pricing, and benchmarking exercises using established survey methodologies. They will partner closely with HR business partners and business leaders to provide data-driven recommendations that ensure the organisation remains competitive in attracting and retaining talent.
- Analyse compensation data and prepare reports to support decision-making
- Conduct market benchmarking and job evaluation exercises
- Support annual compensation review cycles, including merit and bonus planning
- Ensure compliance with local and international compensation regulations
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams on compensation-related projects
