- Analyse compensation data and provide insights to support pay decisions
- Conduct job evaluations and participate in salary survey submissions
- Partner with HR business partners and business leaders on compensation matters
- Ensure compliance with local and international compensation regulations
- Support the design and administration of incentive and bonus programmes
Candidates should have prior experience in a compensation analyst or total rewards role, preferably within a global or multinational organisation. Proficiency in data analysis tools and HRIS platforms is expected.
