About the role
The organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Global Compensation Analyst to join its total rewards function. This role is responsible for supporting and executing compensation strategies that span multiple geographies, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness.
The successful candidate will be expected to conduct in-depth compensation analysis, participate in salary surveys, and provide data-driven recommendations to HR business partners and senior leadership. A strong command of compensation benchmarking methodologies and market pricing tools is essential.
- Analyse and interpret compensation data to support pay decisions across global employee populations
- Participate in and lead compensation survey submissions and market pricing activities
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to ensure compensation programmes align with organisational objectives
- Support the design and administration of base pay, incentive, and bonus structures
- Ensure compliance with applicable local and international compensation regulations
Candidates should bring demonstrated experience in global compensation analysis, strong analytical and Excel skills, and the ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to diverse audiences. Prior exposure to multinational compensation frameworks is highly desirable.
