About the role
This is a senior individual-contributor role within the Sales & Operations function, based out of Hyderabad, Telangana. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing sales strategies and ensuring smooth operational workflows within the assigned territory or business unit.
Key responsibilities include:
- Sales execution: Driving volume and revenue targets across the assigned market.
- Operations management: Coordinating with supply chain, distribution, and trade partners to ensure product availability and on-time delivery.
- Stakeholder coordination: Liaising with internal teams and external partners to resolve operational issues and improve efficiency.
- Reporting & analysis: Tracking sales metrics and operational KPIs, and presenting insights to management.
