About the role

This is a senior individual-contributor role within the Sales & Operations function, based out of Hyderabad, Telangana. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing sales strategies and ensuring smooth operational delivery across the assigned territory or business unit.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Sales execution: Driving volume and value targets through effective channel and distributor management.
  • Operations management: Coordinating with supply chain, logistics, and trade teams to ensure product availability and order fulfilment.
  • Reporting & analysis: Tracking key performance metrics and preparing regular business reviews for internal stakeholders.
  • Relationship management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with trade partners, retailers, and internal cross-functional teams.
