About the role
This is a mid-senior individual contributor role within the Sales & Operations function, based out of Hyderabad, Telangana. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales targets, coordinating operational workflows, and ensuring seamless execution across assigned territories or accounts.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving sales growth and achieving volume and revenue targets within the designated area
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth supply chain and distribution operations
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders
- Preparing and presenting regular performance reports to senior management
