This is a senior individual-contributor role within the Sales & Operations function, based out of Hyderabad, Telangana. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing sales within the assigned territory while ensuring smooth operational execution across the value chain.
Key responsibilities include:
- Sales Management: Driving volume and revenue targets within the designated market area.
- Operations Coordination: Overseeing distribution, logistics, and supply-chain touchpoints to ensure product availability and on-shelf excellence.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborating with distributor partners, retailers, and internal cross-functional teams to resolve issues and capture opportunities.
- Reporting & Analysis: Tracking key performance metrics and preparing regular business reviews to support data-driven decision-making.
