About the role
This is a senior individual-contributor role within the Sales & Operations function, based out of Hyderabad, Telangana. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing sales strategies and ensuring smooth operational workflows in the assigned territory or business unit.
Key responsibilities include:
- Sales execution: Driving volume and value targets across the assigned market
- Operations management: Coordinating with supply chain, distribution, and retail partners to ensure product availability and on-shelf excellence
- Stakeholder coordination: Collaborating with internal teams and external trade partners to resolve issues and capture growth opportunities
- Reporting & analysis: Tracking sales metrics, preparing periodic reports, and providing actionable insights to the management team
Candidates with a background in FMCG sales or trade marketing, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are encouraged to apply. Prior experience in a similar senior executive or assistant manager-level role will be an advantage.
