This is a mid-senior individual contributor position in the Sales & Operations function, responsible for supporting and executing sales strategies while ensuring smooth operational delivery on the ground.
The role involves close coordination across sales, distribution, and operations teams to meet volume targets, maintain market presence, and resolve field-level challenges efficiently.
- Drive sales targets and monitor performance metrics across assigned territory or accounts
- Coordinate with supply chain and distribution partners to ensure product availability
- Support planning and execution of promotional and trade activities
- Maintain accurate sales data, reports, and operational records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
