The selected candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimising planograms to ensure effective product placement and space utilisation across retail channels. The role requires a strong understanding of retail execution principles and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and supply chain.
- Develop and maintain accurate planograms aligned with brand and category guidelines
- Analyse shelf performance data to recommend improvements in product placement
- Coordinate with field sales teams to ensure planogram compliance at the store level
- Support category reviews and new product listing processes with updated shelf layouts
