About the role
The employer is looking for an experienced Senior Executive – Human Resources to join their team in Wada, Maharashtra. The role is suited to an HR professional who can independently handle day-to-day people operations within a structured organisational environment.
The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting and executing key HR functions, which may include recruitment and onboarding, employee engagement, compliance with labour laws, and maintaining HR records. Strong interpersonal and organisational skills are expected.
Key requirements:
- Prior experience in a human resources executive or similar role

- Ability to work effectively at a plant or branch-level HR setup in Wada, Maharashtra
