About the role
Adani Airport Holdings Ltd is looking for a Screener to join its security team at Mangaluru Airport in Karnataka. The Screener will be responsible for maintaining safety and security standards in line with aviation regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Conducting thorough screening of passengers, baggage, and cargo at designated checkpoints
- Operating X-ray machines and other security screening equipment
- Identifying and reporting suspicious items or behaviour to supervisory staff
- Adhering strictly to CISF, BCAS, and airport authority guidelines at all times
- Maintaining accurate records and logs related to screening activities
Candidates should possess a strong sense of alertness, the ability to remain calm under pressure, and a commitment to upholding aviation security protocols. Prior experience in airport security or a related field will be an advantage.
