Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in Finance is strongly preferred.
- Minimum 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in financial services sales, with at least 2 years in a team leadership or managerial capacity within broking, banking, or wealth management.
- Strong knowledge of equity markets, mutual funds, fixed income instruments, derivatives, and insurance products, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly to clients.
- Valid NISM certifications (Series VIII - Equity Derivatives and Series V-A - Mutual Fund Distributors) are mandatory; additional certifications such as CFP or CWM will be an added advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain a high-performance sales culture through effective coaching, performance management, and team motivation techniques.

- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and trading platforms, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Benefits
- Competitive compensation package including a fixed salary, performance-linked incentives, and an attractive annual bonus structure tied to business achievements.
- Comprehensive health and life insurance coverage for employees and their immediate family members, ensuring financial security and well-being.
- Structured learning and development programs, including access to industry certifications, leadership training, and continuous professional growth opportunities within the HDFC Group ecosystem.
- Clear and defined career progression pathways with opportunities to advance into senior regional or national leadership roles based on performance and merit.
- A collaborative and inclusive work environment backed by the credibility and stability of one of India's leading financial services brands, offering long-term career security and organizational pride.
