About the role
The employer is looking for an RQC Executive – New Product Development (NPD) to join its team. The role sits within the quality function and focuses on ensuring that new products meet defined quality, compliance, and reliability standards before and during launch.
The selected candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, production, and procurement to support the NPD process. Key responsibilities are expected to include incoming quality checks, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive action (CAPA) management, and coordination with suppliers and internal stakeholders on quality-related matters.
Candidates with a background in automotive quality systems and familiarity with NPD or APQP processes are encouraged to apply. Relevant educational qualifications and prior experience in a similar RQC or quality executive role in the automotive industry will be preferred.
