Hive Hotel is seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to support its housekeeping operations at its Dehradun property. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring guest rooms and related spaces are kept to a high standard of cleanliness and presentation at all times.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms in accordance with hotel standards
- Replenishing room supplies such as toiletries, linen, and amenities
- Reporting maintenance issues or damaged items to the relevant department
- Maintaining cleanliness of corridors, service areas, and other assigned spaces
- Responding promptly and courteously to guest requests
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering a comfortable and welcoming experience for every guest.
