RME Coordinator – Reliability, Maintenance & Engineering

Amazon is seeking an RME Coordinator to join its Reliability, Maintenance & Engineering (RME) team in Ludhiana, Punjab. This role sits at the heart of keeping Amazon's fulfilment infrastructure running safely and efficiently.

The successful candidate will work alongside RME technicians and engineers to coordinate day-to-day maintenance activities, track work orders, and help ensure equipment and facility systems remain in optimal condition. Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential in this fast-paced environment.

• Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance schedules across the facility
• Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to support timely completion of engineering tasks
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts inventory, and compliance documentation
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the RME function
