The employer is hiring an experienced RFP Writer with a focus on IT staffing, services, and products. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing well-structured, persuasive responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and related bid documents.
This role requires a strong command of written English, the ability to translate technical and service-related information into clear proposal narratives, and a keen attention to detail when meeting submission requirements and deadlines.
- Draft, edit, and finalise RFP/RFI responses for IT staffing and technology services engagements
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather accurate technical and commercial inputs
- Maintain a repository of reusable proposal content, case studies, and capability statements
- Ensure all submissions comply with client formatting, compliance, and deadline requirements
