The employer is looking for a skilled RFP Writer to join their team in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh. The primary focus of this role is developing well-structured, compelling responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) across three core domains: IT staffing, IT services, and IT products.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements outlined in RFPs and translating them into clear, persuasive proposal documents. Strong written communication, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather relevant information are essential to succeeding in this position.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing and analysing incoming RFP documents to identify requirements and evaluation criteria
- Writing, editing, and formatting proposal responses for IT staffing, services, and product engagements
- Collaborating with subject matter experts, sales, and delivery teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of proposals
- Maintaining a repository of standard proposal content for future use
