Renewal Calling Executive – No Sales

This role is centered on outbound calling to existing policyholders to remind and assist them with renewing their insurance policies. It is strictly a renewal-support function with no sales targets or new business acquisition involved.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable making a high volume of calls, communicating clearly in a professional manner, and guiding customers through the renewal process efficiently.

• Conduct outbound calls to existing customers regarding policy renewals
