About the role
The employer is looking for an experienced Regional HR Business Partner to join its human resources team and support business operations across the Greater Lucknow Area. The successful candidate will act as a strategic partner to regional leadership, aligning HR practices with business objectives.
In this role, the HR Business Partner will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR functions at the regional level, including talent acquisition support, employee engagement, performance management, and workforce planning. The candidate will work closely with business heads to address people-related challenges and implement effective HR solutions.
- Partner with regional business leaders to deliver people strategies that support growth and performance
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and development initiatives across the region
- Manage HR operations including onboarding, performance cycles, and grievance handling
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labour regulations
- Collaborate with central HR teams to roll out organisation-wide programmes at the regional level
