Regional HR Business Partner

IDFC FIRST Bank is looking for an experienced Regional HR Business Partner to join its team in the Greater Lucknow area. The successful candidate will serve as a strategic HR advisor to regional business leaders, aligning people practices with organisational goals.

In this role, the individual will be responsible for end-to-end HR business partnering across the region, including talent management, employee engagement, performance management, and workforce planning. The role demands close collaboration with line managers to address day-to-day HR needs while contributing to longer-term people strategy.

• Act as a trusted advisor to regional leadership on all HR matters
• Drive talent acquisition, retention, and development initiatives
• Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with HR policies
• Support performance management cycles and succession planning
• Implement and monitor employee engagement programmes

The ideal candidate will bring strong interpersonal skills, a sound understanding of HR processes within the banking or financial services sector, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, geographically distributed environment.
