About the role
The employer is looking for an experienced Regional HR Business Partner to join its team in the Greater Lucknow area. In this role, the selected candidate will serve as a strategic HR advisor to regional business leaders, aligning human resources practices with organizational goals.
The Regional HR Business Partner will be responsible for partnering with line managers and senior stakeholders to address workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement, and performance management needs across the region.
- Act as a trusted HR advisor to regional leadership teams
