About the role

A prominent private sector bank is looking to onboard a Regional HR Business Partner based in the Greater Lucknow Area. This is a strategic people-management role that sits at the intersection of business operations and human resources, requiring a professional who can align HR initiatives with regional business goals.

The selected candidate will serve as the primary HR point of contact for regional business leaders, supporting functions such as talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and workforce planning across the assigned geography.

Key responsibilities expected of the role include:

  • Partnering with regional business heads to implement HR strategies that support organisational objectives
  • Managing end-to-end HR operations for the region, including onboarding, retention, and exit processes
  • Driving employee engagement and culture-building initiatives at the regional level
  • Supporting performance management cycles and facilitating learning and development programmes
  • Ensuring compliance with labour laws and internal HR policies
