The Regional HR Business Partner will work closely with senior leadership and line managers to deliver end-to-end HR support, including talent management, employee engagement, workforce planning, and organizational development initiatives.
- Act as a strategic HR partner to regional business heads and department leaders
- Drive talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning efforts for the region
- Manage employee relations, grievance resolution, and compliance with labour regulations
- Support performance management cycles and capability-building programmes
- Collaborate with central HR teams to implement company-wide people initiatives at the regional level
