The Regional HR Business Partner will be responsible for end-to-end HR operations within the region, including talent acquisition support, employee engagement, performance management, and workforce planning. The role demands a strong understanding of HR processes within the banking or financial services sector.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with regional leadership to implement HR strategies and policies
- Managing employee relations and ensuring compliance with HR guidelines
