A prominent private sector bank is looking for an experienced Regional HR Business Partner to join its human resources team in the Greater Lucknow Area. The selected candidate will serve as a strategic HR advisor to regional business units, aligning people practices with organisational objectives.
In this role, the incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end HR support across the region, including talent management, employee engagement, performance management, and workforce planning. The role demands close collaboration with senior stakeholders to identify and address people-related challenges effectively.
- Act as a strategic partner to regional business leaders on all HR matters
- Drive talent acquisition, retention, and development initiatives
- Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and compliance
- Support performance management cycles and succession planning
- Implement HR policies and ensure consistent application across the region
The ideal candidate will bring strong interpersonal skills, a sound understanding of HR processes, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced banking environment. Prior experience in a business partnering or generalist HR role within the BFSI sector will be an advantage.
