The Regional HR Business Partner will collaborate closely with regional leadership and line managers to align HR practices with business objectives. Key responsibilities are expected to span employee relations, talent management, workforce planning, and the implementation of HR policies and programmes at the regional level.
- Act as a trusted HR advisor to regional business leaders and managers
- Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention initiatives for the region
- Drive employee engagement and organisational development programmes
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies and compliance with labour regulations
- Partner with central HR teams to roll out company-wide people initiatives locally
