The Regional HR Business Partner will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations within the region, including talent acquisition support, employee engagement, performance management, and workforce planning. Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with regional leadership to implement HR strategies and initiatives
- Supporting talent management, retention, and succession planning efforts
- Handling employee relations, grievance resolution, and compliance with labour regulations
- Collaborating with central HR teams to roll out organisation-wide programmes at the regional level
