A prominent private sector bank is looking for an experienced Regional HR Business Partner to join its human resources team. This role is based in the Greater Lucknow area and is central to driving HR strategy at a regional level.
The Regional HR Business Partner will work closely with business leaders and line managers to align HR practices with organizational goals. Key responsibilities include talent management, employee engagement, performance management, and supporting workforce planning across the region.
- Partner with regional business heads to deliver effective HR solutions

- Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with HR policies

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, a solid understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels. Prior experience in an HR business partnering role within the banking or financial services sector will be an advantage.
