Regional HR Business Partner

IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking an experienced Regional HR Business Partner to join its human resources team and drive HR strategy across its operations in the Greater Lucknow area. The role is central to aligning people practices with business objectives at a regional level.

The selected candidate will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, supporting functions such as talent management, employee engagement, workforce planning, and HR policy implementation. The role demands a collaborative approach and the ability to work across multiple stakeholders within a dynamic banking environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Partnering with regional business heads to deliver HR solutions aligned with organisational goals
• Managing end-to-end HR processes including talent acquisition support, performance management, and employee relations
• Driving employee engagement and retention initiatives across the region
• Ensuring compliance with HR policies and labour regulations
• Analysing HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements
