About the role
A prominent private sector bank is looking for an experienced Regional HR Business Partner to join its human resources team in the Greater Lucknow Area. The selected candidate will serve as a strategic HR liaison between the central HR function and regional business units.
In this role, the individual will be responsible for partnering with regional leadership to implement HR strategies, manage talent acquisition and retention, drive employee engagement, and ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations across the assigned geography.
- Act as a strategic HR partner to regional business heads and line managers
- Support end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
