About the role
This role is an opportunity to serve as a strategic HR partner within IDFC FIRST Bank's regional operations in the Greater Lucknow Area. The Regional HR Business Partner will work closely with business leaders to align human resources strategies with organisational goals and drive people-related outcomes across the region.
The incumbent will be expected to manage the full spectrum of HR business partnering responsibilities, including talent management, employee engagement, workforce planning, and supporting day-to-day HR operations at the regional level.
