In this role, the individual will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR functions across the region, including talent acquisition support, employee engagement, performance management, and workforce planning. The role demands close collaboration with business stakeholders to address HR challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Act as a trusted HR advisor to regional leadership and line managers
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives across the region
- Support performance management cycles and talent development programs
