IDFC FIRST Bank is looking for an experienced Regional HR Business Partner to join its human resources team and support regional business operations in the Greater Lucknow Area. This role is central to aligning HR strategy with business objectives at a regional level.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders and business leaders to deliver end-to-end HR support, including talent management, employee engagement, workforce planning, and organisational development initiatives.
- Act as a strategic HR partner to regional business units
