About the role
The employer is looking for an experienced Regional HR Business Partner to join its human resources team and support business operations across the Greater Lucknow Area. The successful candidate will act as a strategic HR partner to regional leadership, aligning people practices with business objectives.
In this role, the HR Business Partner will be responsible for end-to-end HR delivery within the region, including talent management, employee engagement, workforce planning, and performance management. The incumbent will work closely with business heads to address people-related challenges and implement HR solutions that drive organisational effectiveness.
- Partner with regional and business leaders to execute HR strategies
- Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes
- Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention initiatives
- Drive performance management cycles and learning & development programmes
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labour laws, and internal guidelines
