Regional Field Safety Manager – South / Southeast

The employer is looking for an experienced Regional Field Safety Manager to lead safety initiatives across its South and Southeast regional field operations. This role is central to building a strong safety culture and ensuring regulatory compliance at all operational sites within the region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting field safety audits, identifying hazards, and implementing corrective measures to mitigate risk. Working closely with regional and site-level teams, the manager will develop and deliver safety training programmes and ensure all personnel adhere to established safety standards and protocols.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing day-to-day safety compliance across multiple field locations in the South and Southeast region
• Conducting regular site inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations
• Collaborating with operational leadership to embed safety best practices into daily workflows
• Maintaining accurate records of safety incidents, audits, and corrective actions
• Ensuring compliance with applicable local, state, and national safety regulations
