The employer is looking for an experienced Regional Field Safety Manager to lead safety initiatives across the South and Southeast region. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring safety programs that align with applicable regulations and organizational standards.
The successful candidate will conduct regular field inspections, identify potential hazards, and work closely with regional teams to drive a culture of safety across all operational locations. They will also be responsible for incident investigation, root-cause analysis, and the development of corrective action plans.
- Oversee and enforce regional safety policies and procedures
- Conduct site audits, inspections, and risk assessments

- Collaborate with field teams to deliver safety training and awareness programs
