The employer is looking for an experienced Regional Field Safety Manager to lead safety initiatives across its South and Southeast regional operations. This role is central to maintaining regulatory compliance, reducing workplace risk, and fostering a strong safety culture across multiple field locations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring safety programs and policies in alignment with applicable standards and regulations. They will conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Oversee regional safety compliance across field operations in the South and Southeast territory
- Conduct site audits, risk assessments, and safety inspections on a regular basis
- Develop and deliver safety training programs for field teams
- Investigate incidents, near-misses, and accidents, and prepare detailed reports
- Collaborate with regional leadership to embed a proactive safety culture
