Regional Field Safety Manager – South / Southeast

The employer is looking for a dedicated Regional Field Safety Manager to lead and manage safety programs across multiple field locations in the South and Southeast region. This role is central to ensuring that all operational sites maintain the highest standards of workplace health and safety compliance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting site inspections, identifying hazards, and implementing corrective measures to reduce risk across the regional network. Working closely with local management teams, the manager will drive a culture of safety awareness and accountability at every level of the organisation.

• Develop, implement, and monitor regional safety policies and procedures
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of field locations
• Investigate incidents and near-misses, producing detailed reports and recommendations
• Train and coach site personnel on safety best practices and regulatory requirements
• Ensure compliance with all applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align safety initiatives with broader business objectives
