A prominent global chemical organisation is looking for a seasoned Regional Compensation & Benefits Manager to lead and manage compensation and benefits initiatives across the Asia region. This is a strategic leadership role based in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and administering regional compensation structures and benefits programmes in alignment with corporate guidelines and local market requirements. The role demands a thorough understanding of C&B practices across diverse Asian markets.
- Develop and manage regional compensation frameworks and benefits policies
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and alignment with global HR strategy
- Conduct job evaluations, salary benchmarking, and market analysis across Asia
- Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to provide expert C&B advisory
- Support annual compensation review cycles and incentive plan administration
