This role carries regional responsibility across Asia and is suited to a professional with a strong background in total rewards, compensation benchmarking, and benefits administration within a multinational environment.
The successful candidate will be expected to design, implement, and manage compensation and benefits programmes that align with regional business objectives and global HR policies. This includes conducting market analyses, ensuring pay equity, and supporting business leaders with data-driven rewards recommendations.
- Develop and oversee regional compensation structures and benefits frameworks across Asia
- Conduct regular benchmarking and job evaluation exercises to maintain market competitiveness
- Partner with HR Business Partners and senior stakeholders to support workforce planning and reward strategies
- Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements and company policies across all Asian markets
