About the role
The Recruitment Quality Controller is responsible for overseeing and enhancing the standards of the recruitment function. This role ensures that hiring processes are consistent, compliant, and aligned with organisational requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Quality Assurance: Monitoring and auditing end-to-end recruitment workflows to identify gaps and ensure process adherence.
- Process Improvement: Recommending and implementing improvements to recruitment procedures to enhance efficiency and candidate quality.
- Compliance: Ensuring all recruitment activities meet relevant internal policies and external regulatory standards.
- Reporting: Tracking recruitment metrics and preparing quality reports for stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment operations and quality control, with keen attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with hiring teams to drive continuous improvement.
