The role centres on managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating placements. The incumbent will be expected to build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified professionals across relevant industries.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate with clients to understand hiring requirements and provide timely updates
- Manage end-to-end placement processes and maintain accurate recruitment records
