Key responsibilities include:
- Sourcing suitable candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels
- Screening and shortlisting applicants based on role requirements
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and clients
- Maintaining accurate records of recruitment activity and candidate pipelines
- Building and nurturing relationships with clients and candidates
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive approach to sourcing talent, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously. Prior experience in a recruitment or staffing environment will be an advantage.
