Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from job brief to offer stage
- Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks
- Screening resumes and conducting initial candidate assessments
- Coordinating interviews between candidates and clients or internal hiring managers
- Maintaining accurate records of recruitment activity and candidate pipelines
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive approach to talent sourcing, and the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously. Prior experience in recruitment or staffing is an advantage.
